Pair of Georgian cast silver sugar nips with 5-lobe grips, simple yet elegantly tapering shafts that retain at their tops a hint of the earlier 'dummy sugar cutters', a concealed box hinge engraved 'W' ( also works as 'M') and arm decoration peculiar to the very middle of the 18th century. |
