OVERALL CONDITION |
now very good with previous restoration. I suspect that the finial had been knocked, it appears to have been straightened and there is a blob of silver solder to the underside within the top. I would expect evidence of an engraving or erasure but can see none. Very slight soft bumps to the body. The foot rim is suspiciously good and so I suspect that it has been replaced, if so, the quality of the work is excellent. |
