I particularly like the unusual flower petal ring below the acorn finial that is both a lovely feature and a practical way of adding strength to a vulnerable area. Wonderfully thick silver throughout, beautiful design and exceptionally good condition. If you are to only ever to buy one Georgian baluster caster then I recommend this example above all others. If you already have some casters in your collection then be careful for this one will put your others to shame. |
