OVERALL CONDITION |
Generally excellent, but a few points to mention. One lid, not including the collar, may be a replacement as it is unmarked. I have had both hinge pins replaced so the action is now excellent. I believe that the central section between the two pots has a very well executed erasure. The little mark to the above right of the main hallmarks could be evidence of an erased engraving although the silver is very thick and so I cannot be certain. |
FAULTS |
the corner of the base of one of the pots has a chip that is completely hidden by the stand. |
