DESCRIPTION |
Good and scarce set of eight Georgian silver Old English pattern dessert or salad forks. No engraving but there has been a gentle erasure of a crest verso and traces of the bottom of the crest remain to some just
above the hallmarks. Hallmarking appears to have been done after a good lunch as some have only just made it onto the forks. Although same maker and date, the two on the far right in the first image have slightly shorter stems and
tines. |
