DESCRIPTION Superb set of six William IV silver King's pattern dessert or salad knife handles, each engraved to one side with a crest below a Viscount's Coronet. All in fantastic original condition, clear hallmarks, and still fitted with their William IV steel blades. In my opinion these blades now need to be replaced. The images show the knives as they are and then one loosely fitted with some examples of new stainless steel blade shapes and finishes. Price includes six new blades of your choice, fitting and polishing. Depending upon availability at the time, it may also be possible to have reconditioned period blades.
