| DESCRIPTION | Extraordinarily good, highest quality and original antique English Georgian solid sterling silver wine funnel complete with muslin ring and even some ancient muslin. Correctly and clearly hallmarked to both sections. I expect the muslin ring to have at least a lion passant guardant (sterling silver) but I have decided not to remove the ancient, probably the original Georgian muslin to confirm this. This piece appears to have been used briefly and then put away for two hundred years. |
